RushID ("RushID," "we," "us," or "our") operates www.rushid.ph (the "Service"), a web-based tool that lets users generate 2x2, 1x1, and passport-size ID photo layouts for printing on 4R photo paper. When you use RushID, you upload digital photos so we can generate your requested ID layout. We process these images solely to produce the output you asked for (e.g., arranging copies into a 2x2, 1x1, or passport-size grid on a 4R sheet).

If RushID charges for its Service, payment details are processed by our third-party payment processor. RushID does not store your full card or e-wallet details on its own servers.

RushID may be used by printing businesses and individuals to process ID photos that include minors (for example, school or barangay IDs). By uploading a photo of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian, or that you otherwise have the legal right and consent to submit that photo for processing. RushID does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate consent.
RushID may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.
If you access RushID from outside the Philippines, your information may be transferred to and processed in the Philippines or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
