Certain features may require payment, as described on our pricing page. Fees are payable in advance and non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice.
All software, design, graphics, logos, and other materials making up the RushID Service (excluding User Content) belong to RushID or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
We aim to keep RushID available and working properly but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RUSHID DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT PHOTOS WILL MEET ANY SPECIFIC INSTITUTION'S REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUSHID AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RUSHID, IF ANY, IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RushID, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violating these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Iloilo City, Philippines.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
